In late 2012 I visited the world famous prehistoric monument located in Amesbury, Wiltshire for a day to learn more about it’s mysterious history. Many aspects of Stonehenge remain in debate such as why it was built, how it was built and who it was built by. Some people claim it was built by aliens claiming that the stones would be impossible to move and position in those times. Whoever it was built by was obviously very advanced for the age and had a purpose for the monument. If you haven’t seen it yet go! It truly is one of the most astonishing pieces of man made architecture that you are ever likely to see. Enjoy the photos!
Whilst working in Monaco for the 2011 Grand Prix I spent a lot of my free time relaxing in this beautiful Japanese paradise right in the heart of the worlds most glamorous place. You can see the high rise building surrounding the gardens and the sea is also only a stones throw away. These are a few photos I took while I was there. Enjoy!
In august my girlfriend and I visited Mexico for a 2 week holiday. It was my first time there so I didn’t know what to expect. The weather was amazing, food was fantastic and the people were very friendly, always willing to lend a hand. We stayed in Riviera Maya on the Yucatan Peninsula, about an hours drive from Cancun. It’s very quiet, chilled out exactly how I wanted it. We went on so many trips and excursions. Swimming with Whale Sharks, Dolphins and Sea Turtles. Visited one of the new 7 wonders of the world, Chichen Itza. Swam in underground rivers and cenotes. The list is endless and there was a lot more that we never got to do. If you are thinking about where to go on your next holiday look no futher than Mexico. These are just a few of the hundreds of photos I took. Enjoy!
Mr Brainwash…. An art monster created by world famous street artist Banksy, Mr Brainwash is now one of the most famous and recognisable artists on the planet. He was made instantly recognisable in the Oscar nominated documentary “Exit through the gift shop”. His work is brash, bold and colourful and while not to everybody’s taste there is a huge appeal in the street art world and this has made his works very very collectable. They are also very hard to come by as he only produces a limited amount of each piece. I was lucky enough to visit his Anastassios exhibition in New Bond Streets Opera Theatre. They kindly let me take same photos of his work that I’m now sharing with you! If you’re a fan of street art then this is a must see, It’s open from 10am to 7pm and admission is FREE! Visit the website www.operagallery.com for more information. Enjoy.
On saturday I ventured into London to visit an art exhibition (Photos to be added later). After visiting the exhibition, with the use of a Banksy app I decided to try and find a few to photograph. His work at the first 3 sites had been painted over….. Why would youpaint over a Banksy, they are worh a fortune! Luckily enough I was able to find to after walking for miles. One close to the B.T Tower and the other near Warren Street Station on the Goat Pub. Hopefully there will be more to come. Enjoy!
A couple of weeks ago I visited the London Tattoo Convention at Wappings Tobacco Docks. I have a few tattoos myself but they are nothing compared to what I saw when I was there. If you were walking down the street and came across and 6ft 5 cross dresser that had had their eyeballs injected with black ink you may judge but there everybody is normal! Welcome to the weird and wonderful world of tattoos. Enjoy!
These are a few of my car photos I took during my time working for Formula One Management. I was lucky enough to travel the world and visit all 19 circuits from the 2010 season. Enjoy!
In november 2010 me and a friend (www.mrlewin.tumblr.com) made a week long visit to New York for a holiday. The plan was to go over see the sites and eat as much as possible, We succeeded! These are a few of the photos from our trip. Thanks to Mrlewin for donating a couple to my blog. More to come.
On the 6th June I decided to treat my beautiful girlfriend to a visit to London Zoo for her birthday, I hadn’t been there since I was a little boy so it was a bit of a treat for me too. They have hundreds of animals from ants to zebra (No elephants though….) but I wanted to get photos of the animals not everybody is so familier with. Enjoy!
